Material

Material preparation

vulcanization

Burr

The silicone sleeve product that comes out of the mold will carry some useless burrs and chips, which need to be removed. At present, in the industry, this process is completely completed by hand, and some factories can also use a punch to complete it.

Silk screen

This process is only used for some silicone pen holder products with patterns on the surface of the silicone sleeve. If the customer has logo printing and other requirements, we can also do it.

Spray hand oil

Silicone products are easy to absorb dust in the air under normal conditions, and have a certain viscosity. We will use spray oil on the pen holder to prevent dust and fingerprints, etc.
